REQUIRED INTERNET CONNECTION SPEED
3Mbps is required to watch content in SD and 5Mbps for our HD content. You can check your internet” Download Speed” by taking the following test: http://www.speedtest.net
If your download speed is below 3Mbps you are likely to experience buffering and cut-outs. If it’s below 5mbps you are likely to receive non-HD quality experience.
At any one time you may have five devices connected to your Channel Fight account of which a maximum of two may access the account concurrently . Please note each web browser (eg Chrome) counts as one device.
If you wish to add a device to your account simply login from that device and it will be automatically added to your Account.
If you wish to remove a device from your account, go to Account / Device Management and select the device you wish to remove.
If you wish to login from a 6th device (e.g. iPhoneX) you will be taken to the Device Management page and be given the opportunity to remove one of the five devices from the list. If you choose to remove a device (eg Chrome browser) then you will be logged out from that device and the iPhone X will be added to your device list.

HOW TO RENT OR BUY A MOVIE?
Please select a movie that you would like to watch. Click on the Rent or Buy button as appropriate and follow the payment instructions. You can rent or buy through all our apps and the Channel Fight website. You will need a debit or credit card. Once completed you will then be able immediately.to start watching.
There are no subscription fees. You just pay for what you want to watch.
For Web and Samsung Tizen TV transactions we accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards which are linked to UK banks (banks from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), except Maestro Card. If you are an existing Amazon customer, when using Amazon Fire TV payment is automatically handled by Amazon via your account with them. Visit amazon.co.uk to set up this function if you do not have an Amazon account.
iOS & Apple TV. If you have a 4th gen Apple TV or newer or an iOS device, you can make in-purchases using your iTunes account.
Android. If you have an existing account with Google Pay then you can make in-purchases using your Google Play account.
Once you have rented a movie it will be available in your Library for the next 30 days but once you start watching it you have 48 hours to finish watching it. You can watch as many times as you want within the 48 hour period. In the Library you will see how many days and hours remain for each rental.
Please note the Library button is only visible after you have logged in to your Channel Fight account. You may download the rented movie onto a compatible device to watch offline and save your mobile data.
A movie you have purchased is yours to keep. You may watch it as many times as you like, and you may download it to your compatible mobile device to watch offline. The movie will remain on your device until you have removed it.
HOW TO STREAM A MOVIE?
After you have purchased or rented a Channel Fight movie you can instantly stream it by selecting “Play Movie” on the movie page. Please check you have enough internet bandwidth and your streaming device possesses the minimum hardware specification.
SEARCHING FOR A MOVIE
It’s easy to find a movie on Channel Fight. You can search by category. We have specific categories that cater for every fight action enthusiast from Action Comedy to War Epics and Boxing to Tournament Fighting. You can also use the search bar in the menu and enter the name of the title or a director or actor or year of release. You can also try searching by fighting style, theme or keyword for example “gun fu” or “pencat silat” or “nudity” and see what comes up.
HOW TO USE CHROMECAST?
1. Start to play a Channel Fight movie on your Mobile Device or your wi-fi enabled computer
2. Click the Chromecast button that displays above the movie
3. Select the Chromecast device from the list that should appear on your screen and your video will automatically play on your TV
HOW TO DOWNLOAD A MOVIE?
After you have bought or rented a Channel Fight movie you can download it to watch offline on most Android and iOS mobile devices. We recommend you keep your devices updated with the latest version of Android and iOS.
On Android mobile, downloading is available for devices with Android version 5.0 or higher
On iOS iPhones and iPads, downloading is available on all devices with iOS 10 or later installed.
To download a movie on your mobile device, first ensure you have a good internet connection. We recommend disabling Mobile data to protect your data usage. Then go to Library on your mobile device and select the movie you wish to download. This will take you to the movie product page. Then select “Download”.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY DOWNLOADED MOVIES?
All your downloaded movies can be found in Account / Downloaded Movies. You can also find them in Library.
DOWNLOAD SETTINGS & PROCESS
Please note: Downloading is only available in Android and iOS Mobile apps.
We strongly recommend to always use a good WiFi connection for downloads. It is possible to use 3G/4G but we advise against because of the risk of losing the 3G/4G connection and to avoid Mobile Data charges.
The default setting for downloads is “Good”. The setting can be changed to “Better” or “Best” by going to Account / Download Quality.
To initiate a download, go to the Movie Page and select “Download”. Progress can be monitored on that page or in Account / Downloaded Movies where you can see which movies are queueing to download.
DOWNLOAD STORAGE SPACE
Generally, you will need around 1-2 GB of free space for a movie download
HOW LONG DO DOWNLOADS REMAIN ON MY DEVICE?
Downloads of rented movies remain on your device for 30 days from rental transaction date and 48 hours from the time the content is first watched. The download will disappear at the end of the rental period. Downloads of purchased movies remain indefinitely on your device unless or until you decide to remove them.
HOW TO REMOVE A DOWNLOAD?
To remove a download, go to Account section on your mobile device and click on Downloaded Movies to see the list of downloaded movies. Click “Remove” to delete a selected movie.
WHAT IS THE LIBRARY?
The Library is a page that automatically contains all your rented and purchased content. The Library can be accessed from any compatible device once you have logged-in to your Channel Fight account. Please note that rentals that have expired are not visible in the Library. To watch any movie in your Channel Fight Library just click on the chosen image.
WHAT IS THE WATCHLIST?
The Watchlist is a page that shows the movies you’ve identified you might want to watch in the future. It’s useful to save time searching again for something to watch. There’s no charge to add films to the list. You can access your Watchlist from the menu on any compatible device once you’ve logged-in to your Channel Fight account.
You can start to watch a Channel Fight movie by streaming it on one device and resume watching it on another streaming device. The service will automatically detect where you left off. The devices you use must be compatible with Channel Fight, the Channel Fight app must be installed and your device management limit has not been exceeded.
A record of your transactions including the name of the movie, date of purchase, transaction type (rental or purchase) and price paid is always available in Account / Transaction History. After every transaction you should also receive an email receipt. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCIDENTAL ORDERS
Cancellation of a Channel Fight order is available within 14 days for orders (rental or purchase) if you haven't yet started to stream or download the movie. Your purchase is final after 14 days from the transaction date or once you have started to stream or download your Channel Fight order. This applies both to a single movie and a bundle containing several movies. For more information please go to Channel Fight Terms and Conditions.
To cancel an accidental order email us as soon as possible at email@example.com providing your transaction number and the reason for the cancellation. Once your communication has been processed your refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase and the video will be removed from your Library.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD?
1. Go to Account / Change Password
2. Enter your old password
3. Create a new password. (8-20 characters in length and include a Capital letter and a Number)
4. Enter the new password twice
5. Lookout for an email from Channel Fight containing a Verification Code that needs to be entered into the Login form.
HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR PASSWORD?
1. If you have forgotten your password, please go to Login and follow the instructions.
2. Lookout for an email from Channel Fight containing a Verification Code. You will need to enter the code in the Login form.
